Returns

Thejewelrydestination wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Website. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, thejewelrydestination will accept it for return and refund if the product is returned within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting us by email at info@thejewelrydestination.com. The returned product must be undamaged, and include all original packaging. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Thejewelrydestination is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Thejewelrydestination cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
