We exist to craft distinct and appealing jewelry, and it's been that way since our founding in 1993. We think of you and the reason behind your purchase - designing timeless pieces for bringing out your best. Each of our diamonds is responsibly sourced, conflict free and structurally sound. A thing of beauty in more ways than one.

Where is your jewelry made?

Our manufacturing unit is in Mumbai (India). All Jewelry is manufacture under the supervision of skilled craftsmen.

Is it safe to order on thejewelrydestination.com?

Yes, it is secure to buy jewelry from thejewelrydestination.com because we take extra steps when it comes to online security. Our website server and internal networks are scanned for vulnerabilities regularly.

Are your diamonds conflict free and natural?

We source our diamonds from suppliers who guarantee that their diamonds are free from conflict. We use only diamonds mined from the earth and not lab created.

Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes. Our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty, in addition to a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. The warranty is not applicable if the piece is resized or modified by another jeweler.

What if I don't know my ring size?

We can send you a ring sizer. To request one be mailed to you please write to us at info@thejewelrydestination.com

Will your silver pieces tarnish?

Over time, all silver expose to air will tarnish eventually. We use patented silver, which resists tarnish 3 times longer than traditional sterling silver. Silver tarnishes faster in areas with high humidity and air pollution. A little polish will make a tarnished piece look as good as new.

Are your metals ethically sourced and environmentally friendly?

Yes. We are a Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certified company.

What is the best way to care for and clean jewelry?

Jewelry should be stored individually in a soft cloth pouch or plastic zip-lock bags to ensure that a piece of jewelry or gemstone should not scratch other jewelry or gemstones. Avoid contact with bleach, soap, perfume, cosmetics, hairsprays, etc. Also, take your jewelry off at night and store it in a jewelry box.

How do I create an account?

Simply click 'Login/ Register', located at the top right of the page and then click 'Create Account'. Fill in your details and click 'Update'. Registration should now be complete and you will receive a confirmation email shortly.

Creating an account will allow you to create Wishlists, submit product reviews, check prior orders and checkout faster.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

Simply enter your email in the space provided at the bottom of every page on the site, and click 'Join'. If you create an account with thejewelrydestination you will also be automatically included on our mailing list, unless you choose to opt out. Creating an account will also allow you to create Wishlist, submit product reviews, check prior orders and checkout faster.

How do I unsubscribe to your newsletter?

Simply click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any of our emails, and request removal from our mailing list.

Shipping:

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to serve all over the world. Any import duties or and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free with US orders and Canadian orders.

If I paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive refund on the shipping fee?

No, unfortunately the shipping fee is non-refundable, unless we ship an incorrect item.

How long will my delivery take?

Regular Delivery for in-stock products is 3-6 business days depending on your location. Orders requiring resizing take up to 3 additional business days to complete.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, You'll get an email when your purchase arrives at your chosen location. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

Return:

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.

How do I return an item I purchased?

To return your product, please email us at info@thejewelrydestination.com to get a return authorization code. Returns without an authorization code will not be accepted. You'll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return. Processing the returns may take 24 to 48 business hours.

How long will it be before I am refunded?

After we receive your returned order, we will inspect it and issue a credit within 5 – 7 working days refund will be credited into the same account your payment originated from.

Of course! We can also add a Gift Message to the order.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, we offer gift packaging as per the customer’s requirement.
